Graduate Opportunities
Graduate Management Scheme
Bristol City Council runs its' own scheme for high quality graduates, offering rotating work placements in strategic, front-line and support service areas across the Council.
The graduates are employed on full time, two year fixed term contracts and will undertake a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
Relevant training and development is provided in each placement as well as shadowing and mentoring opportunities with our Senior Leadership Team.
To apply, you will need a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
